The man accused of making nude videos of ESPN reporter Erin Andrews pleaded not guilty to a federal charge of interstate stalking earlier today (November 23).

Michael Barrett, an Illinois insurance executive, is accused of secretly taping Ms Andrews through a peephole after following to three hotels in Columbus, OH, Milwaukee and Nashville.

A spokesperson from the courthouse told E News that the trial is scheduled for January 12.

If convicted, Barrett could face up to five years in prison.
