Daniel Smith’s untimely death has been ruled an accident

According to the official coroner’s report, Daniel Smith’s death was an accident….not a deliberate poisoning attempt by Mr. Poopy Pants Howard K. Stern. Basically, he had an overdose of methadone and a couple of anti-depressants, not a good combination, obviously.
I still think that Howard K. Stern had something to do with his death, and the death of Anna Nicole. He’s just too smarmy for words, and it’s just too much of a coincidence that they died so close together.

I totally agree..Mr “I want 6%” should be charged with NEGLIGENCE in both deaths..as the KEEPER of the DUFFLE BAG he should have had it UNDER LOCK AND KEY AT ALL TIMES!
I have no doubt that he loved ANS but ANS didn’t love him, she used him, even made him lie about being D/L’s Daddy! I hope the Marshall case is resumed soon - LEAVING NOTHING TO ANS!

IMO HK$ knew that Daniel would be “fragile” and feeling “jealous” of D/L {even more reason to keep the methadone under lock and key}..by leaving the drugs available {he may even have offered some to Daniel}..who died making HK$ think that ANS would “turn to him and love him!” When he realized that this didn’t work he then decided that if he couldn’t have Anna then no-one could..delivered the fatal dose..set up Moe and Taz..then “swanned” off to buy a boat!
At this stage of Annas life she had “got rid” of anyone who truly cared for her and associated herself with THE POND LIFE who SAID YES TO HER DRUGS!
CRAWLING AROUND THE BOTTOM OF THE “POND” MUST BE THE LOWLIEST FORM OF SCUM…IMO HIS NAME IN HOWARD K $TERN!!!
