Sticking to the rules so far, Lindsay Lohan is currently in good standing with Judge Marsha Revel.

During a DUI progress hearing on Thursday (February 18), Judge Revel announced that Lindsay’s progess is good and she’s in full compliance.

The “Mean Girls” actress still must complete the alcohol education classes she’s been ordered to attend and her next progress report is set for May 20th 2010.

Ms Lohan was not in court today; she’s currently in London, England for a bit of business and pleasure.

Situated on the east coast for Fashion Week, Kellan Lutz was spotted roaming the streets of New York City on Thursday (February 18).

The Emmett Cullen stud strolled past paparazzi as he grabbed up a coffee drink for a much-needed energy boost.

In related news, Kellan recently chatted with Glamour magazine about his thoughts on what a lady should wear when out on a date.

To this, he responded, “Socks.” Lutz added, “Like, cute animal printed socks or something like that. ... Because nobody knows she’s wearing them except her, and then she takes off her thigh-high boots and has those bunny socks under there and it’s just like ‘oh man.’ It makes the mood lighter, it just gets you guys laughing.”

The “Twilight” actor finished off by saying, “And then ... you see where it goes from there.”

Taylor Swift has it all: radio domination, a boatload of awards, an apology from Kanye West, and love interests like Glee’s Corey Monteith. Also, she sort of resembles what we imagine the Tooth Fairy to look like.

So! It’s hardly shocking that Simon Cowell is looking for her doppelganger on American Idol.

“I’d love to find a Taylor Swift — somebody relevant,” he said during a Thursday eve teleconference with media outlets. As he put it, “There is definitely a better chance of a girl winning this year.”

Regarding his impending Idol departure, Mr. Nasty said there’s “no shortage of candidates” to replace him. But there are a few big names in the hat: We’re talking about Howard Stern, who’s campaigning for the hottest gig on TV (and one that could stand to make him even richer than he already is).

“He obviously wants the job — good luck to him,” said Cowell, calling Stern’s radio campaign “brilliant.”

Still, he argued for recruiting a new judge who “actually knows what they’re talking about,” and has experience in the music business. Someone who can spot a star. Someone who can make a difference to contestants.

Continuing to expand her exciting career, Geri Halliwell showed up to do a practice run for her latest modeling gig in London, England on Thursday (February 18).

The former “Spice Girl” strutted her stuff down the runway in preparation for the Fashion For Relief show which is a part of the annual London Fashion Week.

In other news, Ms Halliwell recently admitted that she was disappointed with Lady GaGa’s performance at the Brit Awards.

“I think she’s one of the best pop stars around,” she said. “But I would have liked it if she’d sung something I knew. Sorry.”

Taking a break from her motherly duties, Heidi Klum was spotted arriving at a studio in Los Angeles, CA on Thursday (February 18).

The “Project Runway” babe looked super cute in shades, skinny pants and heels as she was escorted out of her vehicle before heading inside.

In other news, the mother-of-four wants her five-year-old daughter Leni to help design her clothing lines because she thinks she’ll have some good ideas.

The model tells, “My daughter Leni was there when I designed the floral pattern for some of the fabrics. She was like, ‘Wow, so many of them.’ I’ve been thinking that maybe one day I’ll have her create a pattern for me too.”

Looking plenty worse for wear, Courtney Love was spotted tripping down the street in London, England following her concert last night (February 17).

The “Malibu” songstress performed with her band Hole at the Shockwaves NME Awards Show 2010 at the O2 Shepherd’s Bush Empire and appeared to have partied a little too hard afterwards.

In related news, Courtney recently told press that while she may have tweeted about suicide (after losing custody of her daughter Frances Bean Cobain), she’s not a danger to herself.

“I don’t take anything that isn’t prescribed to me. Cocaine, narcotics – those would be tantamount to suicide, and I’m not suicidal.” Love also noted that living without her daughter is excruciating. “I’m lost in a f***ing nightmare maze.”

Stepping out for a busy day, Justin Timberlake and Jessica Biel were spotted leaving their Tribeca apartment in New York City this afternoon (February 18).

The longtime lovers both looked camera-shy as they strolled over to the Meatpacking District where they arrived at Milk Studios.

In related news, Justin recently revealed the inspiration behind the new Fall 2010 collection of his William Rast clothing line, described as a “spiritual soul searching nomadic biker journey.”

“We just get on our bikes and go- a year ago we introduced this concept of New America because we thought it was very timely. I think with that concept comes the concept of discovery and that’s sort of the theme of what we’re pushing forward.”

Braving the rainy weather, Lily Allen was spotted out and about in London, England this afternoon (February 18).

The “It’s Not Me It’s You” songstress looked a bit gloomy considering she bagged the Best Female Artist trophy at last night’s Brit Awards.

And though she’s finally received her due recognition, Miss Allen says she’s still planning on retiring from her music career.

She explained, “This hasn’t changed my plans to quit. It’s actually been really good as something to work towards for the last six months, knowing I’d be doing this. It is the perfect way to say goodbye. I have so much I want to do now with my shop and record label.”

It’s no secret that they’ve rekindled their romantic flame, and now it sounds like Sienna Miller and Jude Law may be taking things to the next level.

According to a report, the “Factory Girl” actress and the “Sherlock Holmes” stud have been in talks to get married, perhaps by year’s end.

In fact, Miss Miller has been showing off her engagement ring to her close friends.  An inside source leaked, “She wore it for fun, probably as jewelry. But she wore it with close friends, and everyone saw it—there’s no denying it.”

The gal pal continued, “I wouldn’t be surprised if she and Jude go all the way. She’s very happy.”

Enjoying some time overseas, Michelle Rodriguez was spotted at the “Festival di Sanremo” Italian song contest in San Remo, Italy last night (February 17).

The “Fast and Furious” babe looked super sexy in a black strapless dress as she hammed it up for the crowd at the Ariston Theater.

And while her film “Avatar” is up for multiple awards at this year’s Oscars, Michelle told press she won’t be attending the ceremony.

“Noooo, because that’s a tough ticket! I think that’s for the guys who put most time into the project, that’s for the lead cast that was there for four years busting their b**ts, all the special effects guys, the editors involved. James Cameron, the production team, let them go to the forefront and I’ll go celebrate afterwards, at all the parties I’ll be there to hug them and support!”
