The “7th Heaven” hottie was in the house to promote her upcoming flick “Valentine’s Day,” set to hit theaters next Friday (February 12).
But things got a little dicey when Mr. Leno decided to turn his program from a talk show into a Fear Factor-esque situation.
Jay did his best Joe Rogan impression and insisted on feeding Ms. Biel a cricket he dipped into a chocolate fountain.
As the investigation into Casey Johnson’s tragic death continues, the Los Angeles County Department of the Coroner has released some new information.
According to the report, the coroner determined that the Johnson & Johnson heiress died of a diabetic ketaocidosis.
Contrary to the popular rumor that Johnson had overdone it with drugs and alcohol, the report says Casey’s death was “natural.”
In addition, the full autopsy report will be made available later this month. Casey’s adopted three-year-old daughter Ava is currently staying with her mother Sale Johnson.

Clad in a skimpy black and pink bikini, the 28-year-old English singer pranced about the sandy shoreline before taking a dip in the Caribbean waters.
As previously reported by Gossip Center, Miss Harding made the trip to Barbados with boyfriend Tom Crane and a group of friends about a week back.
The vacation comes after Sarah finished up promoting her new movie “St Trinian’s 2: The Legend Of Fritton’s Gold,” in which she played the leading role of Roxy.
She spent six months in St. Lucia last year, and now it looks like Amy Winehouse will be returning to the Caribbean once again- this time to Jamaica.
An inside source told press that the “Rehab” singer will be traveling to the island paradise to work on her new album.
“She’ll fly out next week. She is really excited about going back because she loves the Caribbean so much. But she’s been told it’s not a party. She has to work.”
Hopefully this time around Amy won’t have a repeat of her crazy and erratic behavior on St. Lucia, when guests of the resort constantly complained of her drunken antics.
