The adorable actress looked stylish as she hopped out of a chauffeured ride to meet up with a male friend at Sunset Towers.
The sighting comes as Anne has been easing into promotional duties for the star-studded movie “Valentine’s Day,” which hits theaters on February 12th.
Also starring the likes of Julia Roberts, Jessica Alba, Taylor Swift and Ashton Kutcher, the film is about “intertwining couples and singles in Los Angeles breaking-up and making-up based on the pressures and expectations of Valentine’s Day.”
Having zero interest in being photographed, LeAnn Rimes was spotted covering her face after leaving a doctor’s office in Beverly Hills, CA on Thursday (February 4).
Adding stress to the situation - the infamous homeless woman referred to as “Queen on the Scene” attempted to help Ms Rimes cover her face only to land herself in handcuffs.

The Portuguese soccer star looked to be in great spirits during practice, joking and laughing with his fellow players.
Although he is one of the greats, his team has to move forward without him. Defender Raul Albiol said, “You cannot depend on one player. Cristiano Ronaldo is one of the best in the world, but we are a team.”
“We have a lot of players in this squad and, despite the absences, we’ve shown that whoever plays we will be at the same level. The team is capable of winning with or without Ronaldo.”
Ronaldo is currently serving a two-game ban for elbowing his competition in the face and accidentally breaking his nose.
Back in the states after a Mexican vacation, Audrina Patridge was spotted out in West Hollywood on Wednesday (February 3).
Fulfilling her appetite, “The Hills” star enjoyed some lunch at Toast with friends and smiled nicely for the StarzLife photogs as she waited for her ride.
