Lindsay Lohan went shopping with her sister yesterday in Malibu, and it appears that her turbulent relationship with fraud-lesbian-girlfriend, Samantha Ronson, has taken its toll on her body. It appears she isn’t really eating much anymore. Or maybe its the nose candy? All the same, I’d still….yeah, you know. What can I say? I like girls with all kinds of whacked out problems.

Patrick Swayze has been released from the hospital after suffering a bout with Pneumonia.
“I am happy to announce that Patrick Swayze is home after a brief hospitalization for pneumonia,” his rep Annett Wolf tells PEOPLE exclusively.
Swayze, 56, checked himself into the hospital for observation on Jan. 9 after revealing he had pneumonia, canceling his appearance at the Television Critics Association press event to promote his new A&E series, The Beast, which premiered Jan. 15.
The real life Patrick Swayze is apparently tougher than both the Roadhouse and Point Break versions. Wow. This guy is defying all odds. Congratulations and Best Wishes to Patrick and Linda.
Jeremy Piven has ticked off the Broadway production, Speed-in-plow. Apparently when the show was sucking, Piven got a note from his doctor that said he had mercury poisoning and could no longer perform. More from the AP.
They have filed a grievance with Actors’ Equity Association, the stage actors’ union, against Jeremy Piven for abruptly leaving the Broadway revival last month.
Piven quit the David Mamet comedy less than two months after it opened to favorable reviews at the Ethel Barrymore Theatre. The actor’s doctor said Piven was unable perform because of high levels of mercury in his system, possibly caused by eating large amounts of raw fish.
The note also said that Piven could no longer participate in P.E. class.
